Ka Huna is a Hawaiian inspired massage style that uses bodywork to unite the mind, body and spirit. An incredibly powerful full body experience utilising long flowing strokes that bring a sense of purpose and meaning to your treatment. Flow is incredibly important here, so much so that budding therapists must first be taught how to dance and before learning a single move of this amazing technique!
The results speak for themselves, some clients report great moments of clarity and reflection while others experience significant emotional connections whilst on the table.
This is Hazel’s signature treatment and she is proud to bring it to Bulimba Day Spa!
Health fund rebates available! We are currently in the process of receiving our provider numbers so if you would like a health fund rebate please check in with us before your treatment to confirm our available list of health funds.
More than just a ‘feel good’ treatment, remedial massage is designed to address targeted concerns and deal with areas of pain, stiffness and tension you might be experiencing.
A true remedial therapist will note and track your physical health and well being over time in order develop a care plan that ensures you receive the best possible results from your treatments.
All remedial massage treatments at Bulimba Day Spa are currently performed by Hazel – a former registered nurse now trained in remedial massage and a range of other techniques (see Hazel’s full bio and qualifications here).
